    RESEARCH

I am an undergraduate majoring in Wildlife Ecology with a certificate in Science Communication. My research uses bioacoustics monitoring data to look at how Nightjars in the Sierra Nevada are impacted by wildfire and fuels reduction strategies. This research is done under the mentorship of Dr. Kate McGinn and Dr. Zach Peery.

My research interests include management impacts, effects of invasive species, population ecology, and community ecology. In the future, I want to continue research in these areas to understand how different anthropogenic stressors such as management and invasive species impact biologic communities.
